The best Amazon FBA business brokers, compared

We are not a broker. This site collects FBA listings from the marketplaces and brokers that sell them, and links you to the original. That puts us in a reasonable position to say what each one is actually like to deal with — we read their listings every week.

Fees, minimums and processes change. Check with the broker before you commit to anything here.

What separates them

Three things matter more than the rest:

  • The size of deal they handle. A broker whose average sale is $2m will not give a $150,000 brand much attention, and one built for small deals may not have the buyer list for a large one. This is the single biggest filter.
  • Vetting. Some verify the financials before a listing goes live; some publish what the seller typed. Neither is wrong, but they are different products — one costs more and wastes less of your time.
  • Who pays. Most charge the seller a success fee, typically somewhere between 8% and 15% and falling as the deal gets bigger. A few charge buyers a fee as well. Ask before you engage, not after.

Marketplaces, not brokers

Worth keeping the distinction clear, because it changes what you are buying. A marketplace lists what sellers submit and mostly leaves you to it. A broker takes a mandate, prepares the business for sale, prices it, and manages the process. Marketplaces are cheaper and faster; brokers cost more and do more. For a first acquisition under about $250,000, a marketplace is usually the sensible place to look. Above roughly $1m, most sellers use a broker, so that is where the inventory is.

Questions worth asking any of them

  • What was your average sale price last year, and how many deals closed?
  • What proportion of listings sell, and how long does it take?
  • What exactly do you verify before a listing is published?
  • Is the fee on the headline price or the final agreed price?
  • Who holds the money at completion, and on what terms?

The last one matters more than people expect. Ask it early.

Where to look now

Every source we collect from has its own page showing what is currently listed with them, updated as we add. That is usually a faster way to judge a broker than reading their marketing.
